Am I required to sign a contract?
We do not require you to sign a contract. We do, however, present you with a detailed cleaning proposal/service plan that includes the services we are providing and their costs. You can cancel your janitorial services at any time with a simple phone call.
Do you offer day porter services?
At this time we do not offer day porter services. Our janitorial services are performed after hours or on weekends.
Who will be cleaning my facility?
Background checks are performed on every one of our employees. We can also ensure that each member of our team will be an English speaking, friendly professional who is thoroughly trained in our cleaning processes and procedures.
What if I'm not satisfied with my clean?
As hard as we try, we know we are not perfect. If at any time you are not satisfied with your clean one of our owners will immediately be in contact with you to arrange a time to rectify the issue.
Do you purchase supplies and restock office necessities such as toilet paper, trash can liners & hand soap?
Our standard cleaning service plans do not include the purchasing and restocking of office necessities. We do, however, tailor your service plan to the needs of your facility. If the purchasing and restocking of office necessities are what you require then consider it done.
How do I get started?
Simply request a quote and a member of our staff will be in touch shortly to set up a walk-through of your facility. After a walk through is completed we will provide you with a detailed cleaning proposal and quote.
